With the increase of popularity of wanting to do a strength program along side an additional pilates workout each week, we have created a collaboration program between Krissy & Donna to launch Strong x Pilates!
What is the Strong x Pilates program?
Strong x Pilates is a 12-week hybrid program created in collaboration between Krissy and Donna. It is designed for those who want to build serious strength through lifting while reaping the mobility, core, and recovery benefits of Pilates.
Who is this program for?
This program is designed for anyone looking to bridge the gap between a traditional lifting routine and the precision of Pilates. While accessible to all levels, we recommend having a solid foundation in the gym to get the most out of the progressive training.
What is the workout split?
Strong x Pilates features a balanced 4-day weekly split. The schedule is designed to ensure you hit your strength goals while integrating a dedicated Pilates flow each week to support movement quality and core stability.
- Day 1: Lower Body
- Day 2: Upper Body & Core
- Day 3: Full Body
- Day 4: Pilates Flow with Donna
What will I gain from this program?
You can expect to see significant improvements in your overall strength and muscle tone through Krissy’s progressive overload structure. Meanwhile, Donna’s Pilates sessions will help you build a stronger core, improve your posture, and enhance your flexibility, leading to better performance in the gym and a more balanced physique.
How long are the workouts?
- Strength Sessions: 45–60 minutes.
- Pilates Sessions: Approximately 30 minutes.
What equipment do I need?
This is primarily a gym-based program. To complete the strength sessions, you will need access to standard gym equipment, including:
- Gym machines (Leg press, cables, etc.)
- Free weights (Dumbbells, Barbells)
- A mat for Pilates sessions.
Can this program be completed at home?
This program is designed for a gym setting, as it includes a variety of machines and free weights.
While the Pilates sessions can be done anywhere using minimal equipment, the strength sessions are best suited for a fully equipped gym.
If you have a comprehensive home gym or access to a range of equipment, you may be able to modify the workouts to suit your space.
