What does this program look like?
Levels available: Intermediate-Advanced
Time commitment: Around 45 minutes | 4-5 times per week
Where to complete: Can be completed at home or gym with modifications
Good to know: Weeks 1-4 will be 4 workouts per week, increasing to 5 workouts per week in weeks 5-10
Head to the workout tab to find Dedicate 45 or you can change your current program by heading to your dashboard and choosing ‘change program’ in the top right corner.
