Whilst studying for her degree in law, Krissy trained at the gym and quickly realised how training kept her focused, motivated and strengthened her body and mind. Her new found passion led her to start her Instagram page, with the aim of keeping herself accountable and to help motivate and inspire like minded women to improve their fitness, health and lifestyle. Little did she know that this would grow into a strong community of over 3 million people!
Krissy’s mission is to make fitness and health accessible to every woman, no matter their starting point. That’s why she has created a range of workout programs on the EvolveYou app, with the goal of helping every woman reach her full potential.

Strong: Using a balance of hypertrophy and strength training with progressive overloading, this program will help you to progress, providing you with the skills needed to perform optimally and safely. From beginner right through to expert, there is a phase for everyone.
Strong home: Achieve your fitness goals and gain new levels of confidence with Krissy's Strong Home program. With a focus on hypertrophy this program will help you build muscular strength, structure and consistency in the comfort of your own home.
Strong express: Based on Krissy’s signature Strong, you’ll enjoy 8 weeks of 3 full body workouts containing all your favourite compound moves. With only dumbbells needed you can expect to superset, tri-set and circuit your way to a healthier, happier and stronger you. So if you’re looking for a fun, effective and efficient program, then Strong Express is a program you definitely don’t want to miss.
Strong lower body: Strong Lower Body has a high focus on glutes and lower body orientation, there is no full body day. It is for those who are comfortable in the gym and confident in using equipment such as a barbell. If you have more time to spend in the gym and want to focus on growing your lower body this is the program for you.
When working out regularly it’s possible that you can overtrain and not give your body enough time to recover sufficiently. Taking time off from your workout routine in this way gives your body and mind the time it needs to repair and replenish, which is really beneficial for working towards those long term fitness goals.
