If you have missed a program workout from the previous week, you can click on the workout which you missed and the app will prompt you to 'shift' your program forward. When 'shifting' any program workout this will shift forward all other workouts in your program as well.
You can reschedule the program workouts in your planner by:
- Head to your dashboard
- Choose 'my program'
- Click the three dots in the top right corner
- Choose 'change program'
- Choose your program again
- Select the workout you want to start from and which date
This will then schedule your program from your chosen workout and start date going forward. It won't effect your current progress and all of your previously completed workouts will still show up in your planner.
To change the day your planner starts each week, head to profile settings and you'll be able to update this.
