To change level in your program, you would need to rejoin your program on the chosen level.
You can change the level of your program by:
- Head to your dashboard
- Choose 'my program'
- Click the three dots in the top right corner
- Choose 'change program'
- Choose your program again with your new chosen level
- Select the workout you want to start from and which date
This will then replace the current program in your planner. This won't affect your current progress and all of your previously completed workouts will still show up in your planner.
