Need to reschedule or want to restart your program?
You can reschedule the program workouts in your planner by:
- Head to your dashboard
- Choose 'my program'
- Click the three dots in the top right corner
- Choose 'change program'
- Choose your program again
- Select the workout you want to start from and which date
This will then replace the current program in your planner. This won't affect your current progress and all of your previously completed workouts will still show up in your planner.
If you wish to restart your program, follow the steps above but instead of choosing 'change program' pick 'restart program'.
