Depending on where your subscription is held, there are different ways to modify and make changes to it.
Changing subscription types
You'll need to log into your account via the website and follow these steps:
- Scroll down and click 'change subscription'
- Choose your preferred subscription and add in any promo codes you may have
- Go through the flow and enter your payment details
You will be given an overview of the payment which will be taken, or the date in which a payment will be taken. No changes will be applied until your current subscriptions reaches its end of term.
If you wish to change your subscription from annually to monthly, your subscription will still show on the system as 'annually' once you have completed this. No funds will be taken until the end of the current subscription. Once your subscription renews, the changes will take effect.
Changing subscription types
For Apple devices you will need to take the following steps on your device:
Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > EvolveYou
From this section you will be able to tap on your preferred subscription method.
*EvolveYou only have access to website subscriptions so if you require additional support for Apple subscriptions you will need to contact your provider directly to help.
Changing subscription types
Google Play Store App > Tap the menu icon > Subscriptions > EvolveYou
From this section you can switch your subscription type. However, certain Android devices do not support this functionality, if this is the case you will need to navigate to the same section but cancel the subscription and then resubscribe using the method of your choice.
*EvolveYou only have access to website subscriptions so if you require additional support for Google Play subscriptions you will need to contact your provider directly to help.
