A refund of a subscription can be requested, however, only the subscription provider is able to authorise this and it would be subject to their own terms and conditions as agreed when signing up to EvolveYou.

Subscriptions will automatically renew and refunds, prorated or otherwise will not be honoured in the cases such as unused subscriptions, not applying a cancellation 24 hours in advance or due to injury. Please refer to our terms and conditions for our full cancellation and refund policy.
Please note, if you have used your free trial and try to request a refund once this has ended, this does not qualify for a refund.
