Can I change my delivery day or redirect my parcel?

Once your order has been placed we will be unable to make any changes. 

Pre ordered something? If you have placed a pre order and wish to make any changes, please reach out to our Customer Experience team on live chat who will be able to help further. If an order has already been shipped, we will be unable to make any changes and the below should be followed. 

When your order is on its way to you, you'll receive a notification from us as well as notifications from your courier, to keep you up to date with your parcel. We use different couriers depending on your location and in some cases you will be able to redirect or change the day of your delivery depending on their options. 


Please note this is dependent on the courier and not EvolveYou directly.
