If your product develops a fault within 28 days of purchase, please follow the returns process on the website and choose faulty as your reason.You will need your order number and email used to place the order, please also include any imagery you have showing the fault. After 28 days we will replace any faulty products inline with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
