We offer a 28 day full refund policy on new and unused products. For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on water bottles, apparel or exercise mats if opened, unless faulty.
If you have ordered a bundle at a promotional price and wish to return one item of the bundle, the full bundle must be returned as we are unable to refund part of a bundle.
To start a return, follow your country specific returns process:
- Head into the returns portal here
- Enter your email and order number
- Select the item you're returning and click confirm
- A prepaid Collect+ plus label will be sent to you via email
- Attach this label to your parcel and drop it off at your closest Collect+ hub
- Reach out to our customer experience team
- You will be sent the returns address via email
- You'll then need to return your item to this address
- Please note you are responsible for the return shipping costs

All refunds must include the returns slip, if this is not available please ensure your order number and name is clearly written on paper inside the parcel.
Once we receive your return, it will then be processed and you will receive a return confirmation email. Please then allow 3-5 working days for your funds to appear in your account.
