Krissy Strong Express Program

Based on Krissy’s signature Strong, you’ll enjoy 8 weeks of 3 full body workouts containing all your favourite compound moves. With only dumbbells needed you can expect to superset, tri-set and circuit your way to a healthier, happier and stronger you. So if you’re looking for a fun, effective and efficient program, then Strong Express is a program you definitely don’t want to miss.

 

Who is this program designed for? 

Want great results, yet short on time? We understand that life can get very busy, that’s why Krissy has just dropped her new Strong Express program to help you get fitter, increase your strength and boost your confidence in just 30 minutes!

 

What levels are available?

The program level is Intermediate but anyone can do it! It includes all your favourite signature moves!

 

What is the workout split?

You will have 3 full body workouts per week, consisting of

  1. Foundation 

Lay down a strong base as you work on solid foundational moves to help boost your fitness, increase your strength and maximise your muscle. 

  1. Build 

Build your strength as you continue to use effective compound moves with heavier weights and a lower rep range to unlock your full potential.   

  1. Burn 

Feel the burn as this total body circuit aims to challenge you mentally and physically. Expect to increase your functional fitness and enhance your strength as you complete the reps & rounds. 

 

How long are the workouts?

All of the workouts have been designed to be completed in 30 minutes!

 

What equipment do I need?

Strong Express uses minimal equipment so you can find any spot in the gym to complete the workout! Equipment includes dumbbells, a mat and a bench.

 

Top tip - to save even more time during your workout, make sure to prepare the different dumbbells  you’ll be using  before starting! 

 

Can the program be completed at home?

It is a gym based program but as long as you have the weights to challenge you, this can be completed at home too.

 

Is this program low impact?

Yes! With absolutely no jumping required, the workouts are perfect if you’re returning to exercise or require/ prefer low impact exercise!

 

Why is there no beginner or advanced level?

Strong Express was designed to provide short effective workouts that can seamlessly fit into your lifestyle. The program uses foundational exercises which allows you to decide what weight is challenging, and increase or decrease when necessary! 

 

If you are after an advanced program, we’d recommend Strong Advanced which will offer a split routine. 

 

Struggle with a fitting 30 minute workout into your day? We’d recommend skipping the finisher or reducing sets from 4 to 3!
