With only dumbbells needed you can expect to superset, tri-set and circuit your way to a healthier, happier and stronger you. You will have 3 full body workouts per week, consisting of
Foundation
Lay down a strong base as you work on solid foundational moves to help boost your fitness, increase your strength and maximise your muscle.
Build
Build your strength as you continue to use effective compound moves with heavier weights and a lower rep range to unlock your full potential.
Burn
Feel the burn as this total body circuit aims to challenge you mentally and physically. Expect to increase your functional fitness and enhance your strength as you complete the reps & rounds.
Strong Express uses minimal equipment so you can find any spot in the gym to complete the workout! Equipment includes dumbbells, a mat and a bench.
Top tip - to save even more time during your workout, make sure to prepare the different dumbbells you’ll be using before starting.
Strong Express was designed to provide short effective workouts that can seamlessly fit into your lifestyle. The program uses foundational exercises which allows you to decide what weight is challenging, and increase or decrease when necessary.
