My payment failed but it’s showing pending in my account

If your order has gone through successfully you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, but you will be charged immediately at checkout. Can't see your email? Please also check your spam inbox as it may have headed there depending on your inbox.


If the order hasn’t gone through but the funds are still showing as pending after 24 hours, you will need to contact your bank as it will be your provider holding the money, EvolveYou have no access to any held funds held by your bank.
