The 14-Day Challenges

These 14 day challenges are designed for anyone who wants to build consistency or add some extra spice into their weekly workout routine. They have now become a permanent addition to the app! 

These challenges are intermediate, although you can swap to alternative exercises to make it easier or more challenging. The aim of the challenge is to push yourself and add the workouts onto your program as the ultimate finisher! Stars can be earned through your program workouts.

 

Krissy’s 100 Reps Abs 

Every day for 14 days you can expect a simple but spicy workout whereby you’ll take on 100 reps of your favourite ab and core exercises in different variations. Feel the burn, love the results! 

What should I expect?

14 days of 4-10 minute core finishers! 

What equipment do I need?

With no equipment needed you can enjoy the benefits of this effective challenge wherever you are.

Danyele's Ultimate Glutes & Core

Build your base as you strengthen your glutes and core with this ultimate 14 day challenge. Expect short circuits and strength based supersets to help you get stronger and fitter as you maximise your results! 

What should I expect?

14 days of low-impact 5-15 minute finishers!  

What equipment do I need?

You’ll only need a mat, dumbbells and a resistance band.

Melissa’s Express Pump

Each day you’ll target different areas of the body with varying intensities for more muscle and strength, with limited time. Mega muscle, minimal time!

What should I expect?

5 muscle split workouts per week lasting 12-15 minutes! 

What equipment do I need?

The workouts can be done with minimal equipment - all that’s needed are dumbbells and a mat! 

Emily’s Lower Body Burn

Feel energised as you grow, strengthen and target your glutes with this upbeat and spicy 14 day challenge. Expect 4 weekly lower body workouts that’ll increase your positivity, boost your fitness and enhance your strength.

What should I expect?

4 lower body workouts a week lasting up to 30 minutes! 

What equipment do I need?

This challenge requires minimal equipment and can be easily modified with what you have available. The suggested equipment you will need is:

  • A mat or towel
  • A chair
  • A set of light dumbbells
  • A yoga block

Saman’s 14-Days of HIIT

If you want great results in a short amount of time, then try this HIIT challenge. Expect 5 weekly workouts that’ll focus on increasing your strength, fitness and agility! 

What should I expect?

5 full body workouts a week lasting 10-15 minutes!  

What equipment do I need?

Minimal equipment is required, just make sure you have a mat and a skipping rope and you’re good to go!
