If you would like to delete a specific workout from your weekly planner you can do this by following the below steps:
A long press on any workout within the Weekly Planner will animate the workout icon which will then present you with a trash icon at the bottom of the screen, you can then drag the workout to the trash can to remove it from your planner.
On android devices, a long press on any workout within the Weekly Planner will bring up a screen prompt which provides you the option to delete the workout from your planner.
Please note you can easily add the workout to your planner again by hitting the '+' icon on the specific day you would like to add the workout too.
