How do I request a refund?

A refund can be requested, however, only the subscription provider can authorise this. 

Please note if you have used your free trial and try to request a refund once this has ended, this does not qualify for a refund.

If your subscription was made directly through the EvolveYou website, please refer to our terms and conditions for our cancellation and refund policy. If you have any queries about this, you can reach out to our team here.

If your subscription is with the App Store or Google Play, you will need to contact these providers directly to request a refund as your details are held securely with them.
