How do I reset my program or reschedule program workouts?

You can reschedule the program workouts in your planner by:

  1. Head to your dashboard
  2. Under "My Program" click “Change Program” 
  3. Select the Program you're currently on 
  4. Scroll down to the week and workout you want to resume from 
  5. Choose your start date 

This won't affect your current progress and all of your previously completed workouts will still show up in your planner 💪
