Depending on how you are subscribed to the app there are different ways to cancel.
If your subscription was purchased directly through the EvolveYou website these subscriptions will not appear in your Google/Apple subscription settings, you will need to log in on the website and manage your account here.
If your subscription was purchased via the Google Play Store or the App Store, you will need to visit your subscription settings with these providers to cancel as your details are held securely with them.
You can cancel your website subscription directly by logging into the EvolveYou website here.

- Select Subscriptions
- Select EvolveYou and cancel subscription
- Follow the instructions

- At the top right, tap the profile icon
- Tap Payments & subscriptions
- Subscriptions
- Select EvolveYou and cancel subscription
- Follow the instructions

Please note, that you must follow these steps in order to cancel your subscription. If you uninstall the app, your subscription will not automatically cancel.
