Depending on how you are subscribed to the app there are different ways to cancel.
If your subscription was purchased directly through the EvolveYou website these subscriptions will not appear in your Google/Apple subscription settings, you will need to log in on the website and manage your account here.
If your subscription was purchased through the app via the Google Play Store or the App Store, you will need to visit your subscription settings on your device to cancel with these providers as your details are held securely with them.

- Select Subscriptions
- Select EvolveYou and cancel subscription
- Follow the instructions

- At the top right, tap the profile icon
- Tap Payments & subscriptions
- Subscriptions
- Select EvolveYou and cancel subscription
- Follow the instructions

Please note, that you must follow these steps in order to cancel your subscription. If you uninstall the app, your subscription will not automatically cancel.

My cancellation is showing on the website as pending.
Just scheduled your subscription to be cancelled? The website will show as pending cancellation don't worry the website is letting you know that the subscription is planned to be cancelled at the end of its current term. You'll have until the end of your current subscription to continue using your subscription. You can of course schedule to un cancel your subscription by heading back to the website and un cancelling your subscription.
