EMOM “every minute on the minute.” Within 1 minute, you perform the number of reps of a movement at the start of every new minute, then rest until the next minute starts again.
You might find that you won’t be able to rest for the full minute as you go further into the exercise, don’t worry about this, this is all part of EMOM.
Ladder exercise is a type of strength training where you perform one or more exercises that increase or decrease in repetition.
Danyele’s programs are designed initially for beginner and intermediate levels however if you have not completed EMOM (every minute on the minute), Tabata and Ladder before you may want to start at beginner level and work your way up through the levels.
