Our programs are all designed to be completed one at a time.
If you want to swap to a different program, you can do this by going to your dashboard and selecting 'Change Program'. Any stars you have earned from other programs won't be lost!
If you choose to swap back to your previous program after, you can select to start from the week you got up to previously.

You can add extra challenges and workouts to your planner alongside your program, which can be completed at the gym or at home. You can do this by either going into the workouts tab or the '+' icon in your daily planner.
