How can I change or upgrade my workout program?

If you would like to change your program or the level of difficulty this can be easily done easily via your dashboard by following the below steps:

  1. Head to your dashboard
  2. Under "My Program" click “Change Program” 
  3. Select the Program you're currently on 
  4. Scroll down to the week and workout you want to resume from
  5. Choose your start date 

This won't effect your current progress and all of your previously completed workouts will still show up in your planner 💪
