A refund can be requested, however, only the subscription provider can authorise this.
Website
If your subscription was made directly through the EvolveYou website, you can request a refund by clicking here, a member of our team will look into this for you.
If your subscription is with the App Store or Google Play, you will need to contact these providers directly to request a refund as your details are held securely with them.
Requesting a refund from your provider:
Apple
To request a refund from Apple please head to reportaproblem.apple.com, log into your Apple ID account and then tap or click "I'd like to", then choose "Request a refund". Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next. Choose the app, subscription or other item, then choose Submit.
Google Play
Within 2 hours
To request a refund from Google within 2 hours of your purchase: Open the Google Play Store app. Tap the three horizontal lines at the top left to open the menu, choose account > purchase history. Find the app or game you want to return and tap Refund.
After 2 hours
To request a refund from Google after more than 2 hours of purchase: On your computer, go to play.google.com/store/account. Select Order history. Find the order that you want to return. Select Request a refund or Report a problem and choose the option that describes your situation. Complete the form and note that you'd like a refund.
Please note if you have used your 14-day free trial and try to request a refund once this has been renewed, this does not qualify for a refund. The 14-day free trial period is given to provide you with enough time to decide if the app is right for you.
