This summer, we’re bringing the heat with our biggest challenge yet: ALL TRAINERS. ONE CHALLENGE. ONE COMMUNITY.
Available in two levels either beginner/ intermediate or intermediate/ advanced this 4 week community challenge is designed to bring our community together to get fit, feel confident, and have fun doing it.
For this Summer Challenge we’ll be providing one dynamic challenge available in 2 levels for our community including all of our core trainers to train hard and feel great.
As the challenge workouts are 45- 60 mins and to be completed 4 times a week with Gain Muscle including an additional workout we would not recommend attempting to complete both the challenge and your program.

Yes! Want to join the community challenge with your fellow community members you can sign up to the Summer Challenge from 19th May, the challenge will officially start from Monday 26th May. Looking to join the challenge but missed the official start date? Don’t worry you can still join the challenge until 15th June when registration for the challenge closes for all.
The challenge begins on the 26th May at 6am BST however if you’ve chosen the challenge you felt was right for you at the time but you now want to change this you can change your challenge until the 15th June.
After the 15th June 11:59pm BST you will be locked into this challenge to complete unless you wish to go back to your original program. If you choose to reselect your challenge or leave your challenge your badge progress will reset and the badge progress will only count towards your challenge you are working on at that point. If you leave the challenge at any time your badge will show as incomplete.
You can begin your first challenge workout on Monday 26th May 6am BST.
All of our challenges will include gym equipment including smith machines, cable machines, barbells and dumbbells so would recommend completing this challenge at the gym.
If you’re new to working out or have been a beginner or have just joined an intermediate level program choose the beginner/ intermediate level.
Been working as a confident intermediate or have recently moved up to advanced level choose the intermediate/ advanced level.
You’ll still continue to receive a star for each workout completed within the Summer challenge however to be entered into the Trip to Greece competition you will need to complete all 16 challenge workouts from the Summer challenge by 13th July 23:59pm BST.
