Mia's Gain Lower Body Program

Why should I join the Gain lower body program and what should I expect to achieve?

Love Gain but want to focus on lower body or looking to focus on lower body then this next program is for you! 

Gain Lower Body is a structured, result-driven program to help the community to build strength, tone their muscles and grow their glutes.

Mia, known for her strength-based training, will guide you through a mix of muscle-building strength exercises, and targeted glute and hamstring work. The program is progressive, meaning you will repeat and refine their movements over time, ensuring both strength gains and confidence in your form.

What levels are available in Mia’s program?

Available in both intermediate and advanced levels and take on average 60 minutes to complete per workout.

  • Intermediate level (16 weeks): 4 x a week with an optional workout OR 5 x a week with no optional workout.
  • Advanced (20 weeks): 4 x a week with an optional workout OR  5 x a week with no optional workout
Where can I complete this program?
In order to get optimal results this program has been designed to be completed at the gym. If you're looking for a workout program to complete at home then check out the home programs available within the app
What equipment should I expect to use during Mia’s program?

As the program is designed to be completed in the gym this program will require a range of equipment including:

  • Barbell
  • A range of machines available within the gym
  • Mat
  • Box 
  • Foam roll
