What is the Kickstart Challenge 2025?

a new community and want the opportunity to workout with a selection of our trainers?

We’re introducing the Kickstart challenge available in two different levels across 3 different challenges over 4 weeks. 

Depending on your route you wish to take then you can choose from one of the following challenges available in beginner/ intermediate and intermediate/ advanced: 

  • Lose Weight 4 x a week 
  • Get Fit 4 x a week with an optional 5th workout a week 
  • Gain Muscle 4 x a week with an optional 5th workout a week

All challenge variations will include a range of workouts from Krissy, Charlotte, Mia, Maddie and Saman. 

Pause your program and take it up a level with your chosen Kickstart challenge working to earn your goals by completing your challenge and by keeping you on track. Don’t want to pause your program? You can continue your program and complete your challenge at the same time.

Do I need to sign up and when must I do this?

Yes! You can sign up for the Kickstart challenge from Monday 1st Jan 2025  until the 19th Jan 2025. You won’t be able to join the challenge after that date has passed. For the first time we have given you a longer time frame to register and try and change the challenge to ensure that you’ve chosen the right challenge for you. 

The challenge begins on the 6th Jan at 6am GMT however if you’ve chosen the challenge you felt was right for you at the time but you now want to change this you can change your challenge until the 19th Jan. After the 19th of Jan you will be locked into this challenge to complete unless you wish to go back to your original program.

How can I sign up to the Kickstart challenge?
Head to the dashboard to sign up and choose your challenge style and level from the 1st Jan 2025.
What version do I need to be on to view the Kickstart challenge?

Head to your app store to update your app to 4.5.0 to be available from the date of registration

Can I choose multiple challenges?
You’ll be able to change your challenge from the 1st Jan until the 19th Jan however you will only be able to complete 1 challenge and choose 1 challenge to complete in your Kickstart challenge.
When can I begin the challenge?
You can begin your first challenge workout on Monday 6th Jan 6am GMT.
When do I have until to complete the Kickstart challenge?

The last day to complete the challenge is Sunday 16th Feb.

Do I have to pause my program?
As the challenge workouts are 45- 60 mins and to be completed 4 times a week with Gain Muscle including an additional workout we would not recommend attempting to complete both the challenge and your program. 
Can I leave the Kickstart challenge and then rejoin?
If you choose to leave the Kickstart challenge after the 19th Jan then you will be unable to rejoin the challenge and you’ll be able to continue with your challenge.
Where can I complete the Kickstart challenge?

All of our challenges will include gym equipment including smith machines, cable machines, barbells and dumbbells so would recommend completing this challenge at the gym.

Will I earn anything for completing the Kickstart challenge?
Yes, stars can be earned for each Kickstart workout completed. If you complete all 16 core workouts you will receive a Kickstart badge.
How do I know what challenge to complete in the Kickstart challenge?

As part of Kickstart we have introduced 3 different challenges available in two different levels beginner/ intermediate and intermediate/ advanced. 

Whether you’re looking to Gain Muscle, Lose Weight or Get Fit in your challenge the challenges have been created to help you achieve your goals within the Kickstart challenge.

Wondering what level to choose from?

If you’re new to working out or have been a beginner or have just joined an intermediate level program choose the beginner/ intermediate level. 

Been working as a confident intermediate or have recently moved up to advanced level choose the intermediate/ advanced level. 

What happens if I don’t complete all of the Kickstart workouts?
As long as you have completed all of one week of challenge workouts you will be entered into the trip to Mexico competition
Will I be automatically entered into the competition?
Yes! Anyone who has signed up to the Kickstart challenge and completes all four workouts within that week will automatically be entered into the competition.
