We’re introducing the Kickstart challenge available in two different levels across 3 different challenges over 4 weeks.
Depending on your route you wish to take then you can choose from one of the following challenges available in beginner/ intermediate and intermediate/ advanced:
- Lose Weight 4 x a week
- Get Fit 4 x a week with an optional 5th workout a week
- Gain Muscle 4 x a week with an optional 5th workout a week
All challenge variations will include a range of workouts from Krissy, Charlotte, Mia, Maddie and Saman.
Pause your program and take it up a level with your chosen Kickstart challenge working to earn your goals by completing your challenge and by keeping you on track. Don’t want to pause your program? You can continue your program and complete your challenge at the same time.
Want a further incentive? Earn 10 entry points per each week completed fully earning you more entries into our amazing competition, the ultimate prize? A trip to Mexico for you and a plus one!
Yes! You can sign up for the Kickstart challenge from Monday 1st Jan 2025 until the 19th Jan 2025. You won’t be able to join the challenge after that date has passed. For the first time we have given you a longer time frame to register and try and change the challenge to ensure that you’ve chosen the right challenge for you.
The challenge begins on the 6th Jan at 6am GMT however if you’ve chosen the challenge you felt was right for you at the time but you now want to change this you can change your challenge until the 19th Jan. After the 19th of Jan you will be locked into this challenge to complete unless you wish to go back to your original program.
Head to your app store to update your app to 4.5.0 to be available from the date of registration
The last day to complete the challenge is Sunday 16th Feb.
All of our challenges will include gym equipment including smith machines, cable machines, barbells and dumbbells so would recommend completing this challenge at the gym.
