What subscriptions are available to purchase?

EvolveYou gift cards can be purchased for monthly and yearly subscriptions only. These can be redeemed only via the EvolveYou website.

Can I purchase cash amount gift cards?

EvolveYou gift cards can only be purchased as the subscription type. As we have a global community we have made the decision to enable anyone wishing to gift an EvolveYou subscription to do so for anyone across the world without worrying about the currency it needs to be purchased in and the currency it can be used in.

Can I order a physical gift card?

Our gift cards are available to purchase as an e-gift card only and therefore you can order this just before you need to give this as a gift card.

How long are EvolveYou gift cards valid for?

EvolveYou gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. The gift card can be used anytime within that 1 year from the date of purchase however if this has expired this cannot be extended.

Where can I use the gift card?

EvolveYou gift cards can be used via the EvolveYou website only. The gift cards will not work if you try to use them against any subscriptions linked to Apple or Google Play these will not work.

Can I use the gift card against my current subscription?

Gift cards can only be used against future subscriptions. Therefore if you have a current subscription you can head to manage subscription on the website and click on redeem gift card within the subscription to schedule your subscription against the future subscription.

Can I use the gift card through the App Store/ Google Play?

EvolveYou gift cards are only available to be used within the EvolveYou website and not via any other payment platform.

I have been given a monthly gift card but want to use it towards a yearly subscription?

Been gifted a monthly subscription but want to use it towards a yearly subscription?

Please drop the team a message so we can help you get set up on a yearly subscription and put your monthly subscription gift card towards your new subscription.

Can I use a yearly EvolveYou subscription gift card towards a monthly subscription?

Your yearly subscription will need to be used towards a yearly subscription only and can’t be used towards a monthly subscription. However if you have a monthly subscription already you can upgrade it by heading to manage your subscription and changing your subscription to a yearly subscription and redeeming your yearly subscription gift card this way.

How do I redeem my EvolveYou gift card on the website?

You can redeem a EvolveYou gift card by taking the gift card code and entering it into the discount code box on the website. This will therefore show the remaining amount a £0.00 to pay. If you are a new customer you will need to enter your card details as our subscription's will automatically renew each year unless cancelled in advance.

How to redeem a gift card for a returning customer.

Been given a gift card for your EvolveYou membership. You can redeem this by heading to manage your subscription and pressing Redeem Gift Card and follow the steps on the website.

Your gift card can be used for your future subscription and is unable to be redeemed against your existing subscription.

How quickly will the gift card be sent via email?

Want your friend to receive their gift card immediately? Their EvolveYou gift card will arrive within 10 minutes to your friend's email address.
