If you love fiery, functional workouts that get your heart rate up but don’t have lots of time to train, then this is the program for you.
Build your endurance and develop your power with Charlotte's Perform in 30 program which combines a mix of strength and circuits to give you a short and effective workout in 30 minutes.
We want you to feel confident in creating the building blocks of your Perform journey as you develop functional strength and improve your cardiovascular training.
Beginners will have 3 sessions to complete each week for 6 weeks, while those at intermediate or advanced levels will follow an 8-week program with 3 workouts with a 4th optional, or 4 workouts a week with a 5th optional to choose from.
Beginner:
- 3 x a week
- 6 weeks long
Workout Split:
- Lower body strength and endurance
- Upper body strength and endurance
- Full body strength and endurance
Intermediate:
- 3 x a week with the 4th workout optional
- 8 weeks long
Workout Split:
- Lower body strength and endurance
- Upper body strength and endurance
- Full body strength and endurance
- Running intervals
Advanced:
- 4 x a week with the 5th workout optional
- 8 weeks long
Workout Split:
- Lower body strength and endurance
- Upper body strength and endurance
- Full body strength and endurance
- Running intervals
- Full body strength and endurance
The core workout can be completed within 30 minutes.
You’ll start off with a 10-15 minute Strength based section followed by a 15-20 minute circuit based section.

This program mostly uses free weights, but does include gym equipment such as a Ski-Erg and Rower. Depending on the equipment you have available to you, you may choose to complete Perform in 30 at home with some modifications as needed.
