Why should I join Mia’s program?

Looking for something new to try out at home? Mia has built out her program from the success of Gain to bring this to you at home to achieve incredible results from the comfort of your own home!

What levels are available in Mia’s program?

Mia’s Gain Home program will be available in the following levels, we’ve introduced two versions of intermediate and advanced so you can choose how many compulsory workouts you wish to complete weekly if you’re choosing intermediate or advanced levels. 

  • Beginner: 3 x a week broken down into Lower, Upper, Fully Body workouts 
  • Intermediate: 3 x a week with the last workout a week as optional: Upper Body & Core, Lower Strength, Full Body, Glutes & Hamstrings - Optional 
  • Intermediate: 4 x a week: Upper Body & Core, Lower Strength, Full Body, Glutes & Hamstrings - Optional 
  • Advanced: 4 x a week broken down by: Upper Body & Core, Lower Strength, Full Body, Glutes & Hamstrings, Cardio - Optional
Advanced: 5 x a week broken down by: Upper Body & Core, Lower Strength, Full Body, Glutes & Hamstrings, Cardio - Optional
How long will it take to complete Mia’s program?
Gain Home will look to take up to 45 minutes to complete.
Where can I complete this program?

Following feedback from our community this program has been designed to be completed at home with minimal equipment but obtain maximum results from your home program. Looking to complete this program at the gym? Whilst this can be done why not check out the Gain program Mia has designed specifically for the gym!

What equipment should I expect to use during Mia’s program?

As the program is designed to be completed at home the only equipment you’ll need access to are: 

  • Kettlebell
  • Dumbbell
  • Mat
  • Bench
