What levels are available in Build Sweat?

Build Sweat will be available in the following levels: 

Beginner 6 weeks 3 x a week 

Intermediate 8 weeks 4 x a week

How long will it take to complete Build Sweat?
Looking to try out Build Sweat? All of the workouts can take between 30- 45 minutes to get your sweat on!
Where can I complete this program?
Build Sweat has been designed to use minimal equipment so you can complete this program either at home or at the gym.
What equipment should I expect to use during Build Sweat?

As the program is designed to be completed at home the only equipment you’ll need access to is: 

  • A bench
  • Kettlebells 
  • A resistance band
  • Dumbells 
  • A mat
