Tell me more about the Pilates x Strength with Krsna?

The Pilates x Strength program is 8 weeks long and is designed to be open level so regardless of whether you are beginner or more experienced in your fitness journey then this is the program for you!

The Pilates x Strength program is broken down per week into: 

  • 3 x pilates workouts
  • 2 x full body strength workouts

You can expect your workouts to take: 30-40 mins workout within the Pilates x Strength program.

What equipment will I need to complete this program?

Strength Equipment:

  • Dumbbells
  • Kettlebell
  • Bench
  • Mat

Pilates Equipment:

  • Exercise Mat
  • Ankle Weights 
  • Pilates Miniball
  • Pilates Weights
  • Dumbbells
Am I able to complete Pilates without the Strength workouts in the program?
The Pilates x Strength program has been created based on the feedback from our community that they have wished for a fusion between strength and another style to be able to still be able to create your ideal results but be able to add Pilates into your workout style as well.
Where can I complete this program?

Our Pilates x Strength program has minimal workout equipment and therefore can be completed either at home or in the gym. All of the Pilates x Strength workouts include alternative workouts so if you don’t have the equipment available you can swap the exercise to another workout available in the alternatives section.

I don’t have all of the equipment, can workouts be modified?
Looking to complete this program at home but don’t quite have all of the equipment? You can search in the alternative exercises section in the workout to change to an exercise that may work for you better.
What will I expect to achieve by joining this program?
Looking to change up your workout routine and add in Pilates. Then this is the perfect new program for you. The new Pilates x Strength program launching at EvolveYou is the perfect way to get access to both Pilates and continue with your strength training.
How can I complete Pilates only on top of my current program?

Wanting to keep your current program but add on Pilates to your program? You can head to the workouts tab and add these workouts as your additional workouts into your workout planner. You can maybe try this as an active rest day activity!

Can I choose to merge my current strength program with Pilates?
The Pilates x Strength program has been designed as one program to be worked together. If you wish to add Pilates to your current strength program you can do this by heading to the workout tab and manually adding your chosen Pilates workouts to your weekly planner.
Can I join a Pilates program only?
Currently our Pilates workouts are timed in with our Pilates x Strength program however you can choose to add in your Pilates workouts as additional exercises in your weekly planner.
What is the difference between Pilates and Barre?

Pilates movements tend to be slower and more controlled than Barre and will focus on core strength, balance and breathing. 

This program has been designed to work closely with both strength workouts and Pilates.

What is the difference between Mat Pilates and Reformer pilates?
The Pilates workouts that are available within the Pilates x Strength program have been designed with minimal equipment and are completed at home and still achieve some incredible results!
