We’re introducing Pilates trainer Krsna Garr to EvolveYou within the launch of our Pilates x Strength collection in the EvolveYou app.
The Pilates x Strength program is 8 weeks long and is designed to be open level so regardless of whether you are beginner or more experienced in your fitness journey then this is the program for you!
The Pilates x Strength program is broken down per week into:
- 3 x pilates workouts
- 2 x full body strength workouts
You can expect your workouts to take: 30-40 mins workout within the Pilates x Strength program.
Strength Equipment:
- Dumbbells
- Kettlebell
- Bench
- Mat
Pilates Equipment:
- Exercise Mat
- Ankle Weights
- Pilates Miniball
- Pilates Weights
- Dumbbells
Our Pilates x Strength program has minimal workout equipment and therefore can be completed either at home or in the gym. All of the Pilates x Strength workouts include alternative workouts so if you don’t have the equipment available you can swap the exercise to another workout available in the alternatives section.
Wanting to keep your current program but add on Pilates to your program? You can head to the workouts tab and add these workouts as your additional workouts into your workout planner. You can maybe try this as an active rest day activity!
Pilates movements tend to be slower and more controlled than Barre and will focus on core strength, balance and breathing.
This program has been designed to work closely with both strength workouts and Pilates.
