Looking for a new gym based strength training program then this is the program for you! Launching Mia Green our newest EvolveYou trainer! Mia puts her own stamp on bodybuilding with her sets and reps. Mia believes you don’t have to spend hours in the gym, that’s why she has made sure that her workouts are one hour of solid work to help you gain muscle, confidence and elevate your strength.
In most workouts you’ll start with compounds, move onto unilateral and finish with isolation work.
And most sets are kept to 2-3 and Mia believes it’s the sweet spot for volume for gaining muscle, without too much fatigue.
As this program involves a higher number of machines versus some of our other programs, if you're looking for a program to begin weight training with but would like extra support then this is the perfect program for you to start your weight training journey with.
Machines are a great way to up the weight, especially if you don't have confidence with free weights, as they don’t require too much core strength in comparison. Which means you can focus on loading them up and technique.
Mia’s program will be available in the following levels:

Intermediate | 3 days a week with an optional extra for 12 weeks broken down by Glutes & Hamstrings, Chest, Back & Shoulders, Quads & Calves and Optional Biceps & Triceps. |
Advanced | 4 days a week with an optional extra for 12 weeks broken down by Glutes & Hamstrings, Push, Quads & Calves, Pull and Optional Full Leg Day. |
This program is designed to be completed in the gym to ensure you are getting the best results.
Core equipment to expect to use include cable, smith machines and free weights.
