An estimated delivery date will be outlined on the pre-order page for the item. Please note that as orders are placed once the pre-order window has closed, lead times may vary and for this reason we cannot guarantee the exact delivery for any pre-orders.
If your order has not yet shipped, please contact our team to make any changes to your delivery address. Once your order has left the warehouse we are unable to make any changes and you would need to contact the courier directly.
When your order is on its way to you, you'll receive a notification from us as well as notifications from your courier, to keep you up to date with your parcel. We use different couriers depending on your location and in some cases you will be able to redirect or change the day of your delivery depending on their options.

If you have placed a pre order and wish to cancel, please reach out to our Customer Experience team on live chat who will be able to help further. If an order has already been shipped, you will not be able to make any amendments.If you wish to make any amendments, you will need to place a new order and then follow the refund process for the original, unwanted item once it arrives.
Any items that have been pre-ordered will be shipped when they are ready, if you have ordered any other products alongside your pre-order these will be shipped to you as soon as possible. If you do not receive tracking information for your other items within 48 hours of placing your order please reach out to our team who will look into this for you.
All orders are shipped out from one of our two distribution centres, the centre your order will be shipped from is based on your delivery address. In some cases pre-orders may arrive into one distribution centre sooner which is why you may see other community members receiving their items before your shipping confirmation has been received.
