The majority of the beginner program requires only free weights such as dumbbells and kettlebells, with the exception of a few back exercises (like lat pull downs) that require a cable machine, giving you the flexibility to complete this at home or in the gym. The Intermediate and Advanced levels see the introduction of more equipment including barbells, a treadmill and a few more cable exercises. Depending on your preferences and the equipment you have available to you, exercises could be swapped out in order to complete at home.

Is there mobility / Stretching included?
Mobility exercises are included in the warm ups to help prepare you for the main bulk of your workout. You can then add any mobility or stretch workouts from the workouts tab to cool down to end your workout.
How is Build Limitless different from Build?

With the addition of more cardio and HIT to help keep your heart & lungs healthy, Build Limitless helps increase your overall athleticism through functional exercises to improve your movement and define your muscles, alongside bursts of cardio to boost cardiovascular endurance.

The main difference between the two programs are the addition of more cardio elements (including sprints, stairs and skipping) for a more 360 approach to training, alongside more exercises with a focus on building glute and core strength.

Build Limitless has been designed to help you maintain lean muscle mass as you grow your glutes, build ultimate core strength and move better in and outside the gym. Expect the split you know and love, just make it sweatier!
