This challenge includes 5 x 10 minute workouts per week
No equipment needed!
When adding in this challenge you will be given the option to pause or continue with your program. The workouts in this challenge can be completed as finishers on top of your program or you can complete the challenge on its own.

- Swipe to find the challenge
- Preview and select the challenge
- Join the challenge & choose your start date
- Select to pause your current program or continue with your program
You will not earn stars or a badge for this particular challenge, however it will count towards your overall workout total and weekly streaks!
As with all of our existing challenges, you will only be able to be assigned to one at a time. You can add on any other workouts you wish to complete by heading to the explore section of the app!
If your device is able to link to your TV (AirPlay, Chromecast or via a cable) then you’ll be able to view your on-demand exercises on your TV.
You can only view your app through a mobile device and won't be able to login through your laptop.
