Who is this challenge for?

Designed to breathe new life into your fitness journey, this challenge includes quick yet effective workouts to help you build full body strength in and out of the gym! With minimal equipment required these workouts can be done at home, in the gym or even outdoors, all you need is a set of dumbbells and a resistance band.

Whether you are looking for a low impact, knee friendly options, have a busy schedule and need quick but effective workouts or you are new to Danyele’s style and want to try something new, this challenge is the perfect option to switch up your training at any stage of your fitness journey.

What level is this challenge?

This is an open level challenge and can be modified to increase or decrease difficulty levels as needed.

What is the workout split?

4 x 30 min workouts per week with an optional LISS walk (heavily recommended to be outdoors) to boost mood and energy levels.

Day 1 - Limitless Lower Body

Day 2 - Empowered Upper Body

Day 3 - Iconic Glutes & Deep Core

Day 4 - Total Body Breakthrough

Day 5 - Optional: Mental Health Walk

How long are the workouts?

Each workout takes approximately 30 minutes to complete.

What equipment do I need?

You will need DBs + a resistance band.

The walk can be completed indoors if desired, however we would recommend doing this outdoors where possible (Hot girl walks here we come!)

Can I do this alongside my current program?

This challenge has been designed to be done as a stand alone challenge and can be repeated to achieve progressive overload if desired. When selecting Revive you will have the option to pause your existing program.

As with all of our existing challenges, you will only be able to be assigned to one at a time. You can add on any other workouts you wish to complete by heading to the explore section of the app!
