Keep moving and feel great as you’ll be taken through simple strength & conditioning circuits, perfect to ensure you maintain your strength and boost your endorphins. With only minimal equipment needed and designed for every level, you can be sure that no matter your starting point you stay on track and nourish your body with the movement it needs to help you feel your best.
There are 4 weeks of workouts which include 4 workouts per week.
Weeks 1 & 3, and 2 & 4 include the same workouts and follow the below workout splits:
Weeks 1 & 3
Day 1: Lower Body
Day 2: Core
Day 3: Upper Body
Day 4: Full Body circuit
Weeks 2 & 4
Day 1: Lower Body
Day 2: Upper Body
Day 3: Full Body Circuit
Day 4: Core
These workouts include the following equipment, however all exercises can be modified or swapped out if needed.
Dumbbells, Skipping Rope, Resistance Band, Chair and/or Box, Treadmill
