Saman's Ramadan Workouts

Support yourself throughout the 30 days of Ramadan with Saman’s effective strength based Ramadan workouts.

Keep moving and feel great as you’ll be taken through simple strength & conditioning circuits, perfect to ensure you maintain your strength and boost your endorphins. With only minimal equipment needed and designed for every level, you can be sure that no matter your starting point you stay on track and nourish your body with the movement it needs to help you feel your best.

What is the workout split?

There are 4 weeks of workouts which include 4 workouts per week.

Weeks 1 & 3, and 2 & 4 include the same workouts and follow the below workout splits:

Weeks 1 & 3

Day 1: Lower Body

Day 2: Core 

Day 3: Upper Body

Day 4: Full Body circuit

Weeks 2 & 4

Day 1: Lower Body

Day 2: Upper Body

Day 3: Full Body Circuit

Day 4: Core

How long are the workouts?
Each workout is approximately 30 minutes long.
What equipment do I need?

These workouts include the following equipment, however all exercises can be modified or swapped out if needed.

Dumbbells, Skipping Rope, Resistance Band, Chair and/or Box, Treadmill

Can I pause my current program?
When selecting this challenge you will have the option to continue or pause your current program.
Where can I find and join?

This can be found as an option on the workouts tab or by using the search bar.

Will I get stars for these workouts?
These workouts are designed to support you on your fitness journey throughout the 30 days of Ramadan, however you will not earn stars for these workouts. Stars can be gained for workouts that are part of your main program.
Can these workouts be completed at home?
These workouts can be completed at home or in the gym. Any programmed exercises you're unable to do can be modified or swapped if needed.
